Anyone know how much of a Tummy Tuck Cost in the U.S. / Canada?

If someone can tell me the cost of t. cosmetic surgery procedure in GA. it would be good too.

The cost of a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) includes three rates: the rate of anesthesia, the commission availability, and surgeon's fees. The surgeon's fee is the most difficult to predict without knowing the extent of the procedure and the surgeon's qualifications plastic. Average fees vary considerably, from $ 3,000 to $ 8,500. Anesthesiology rate is typically $ 500 to $ 700, and the connection charge is $ 700 to $ 1,000. The surgeon's fee is typically $ 3,500 to $ 6,000. One of the biggest problem in liposuction is blood clots, it’s a continuing problem and I for one would be afraid to have it done.

Start with your fanny and work from there.

No, lipo should be the last result. Nothing good comes without a little effort. Condition yourself, start with lifting some light weights and exercise.

It is really painfull, my friend had it done and was disappointed with the result and is now going down the diet and excercise route which is making her feel a lot better about everything.

Depends on the amount of lipo. If you have your jowls fixed, then smoking won’t make a bit of difference. If you’re having something done like a tummy tuck with major lipo, then smoking can potentially (but must not) affect the healing process because it constricts the blood vessels.

stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they’re at a 90 degree angle (or close). Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs. You can perform leg lifts there too. If you’re using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest. It’s more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight. This helps firm up the lower abdomen. If you’re truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet. Or hang from a pull up bar and raise your legs in front of you all the way up to the bar.

Consult with a doctor to see if you’re a candidate. Although, there are ways you can still lose more weight by prescribing to a more healthier diet regiment and more strenuous workout.

can be painful, can be expensive, might have bruising or uneven result which will make you more unhappy, can’t go to work soon after, usually have to wear compression garments , like a very tight girdle for healing..
