Once fat cells are removed with liposuction, they can not return. However, that doesn’t mean the remaining fat cells cannot grow in size if you gain more weight.

In order to loose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in so a reduction in your calorie intake(soda) and a increase in your calorie outtake(exercise)You will begin to loose weight,or course it won’t be a fast process but it would be a safer,healthier and cheaper option than liposuction.
