Here in Arizona Lipo I have many questions that arise about the recovery. With lipo be my specialty and the only procedure that I have dedicated my practice. You will to rest for the first12 hours after surgery. Dizziness after the procedure may last up to 5 days. Move slowly and carefully. You may shower 6 hours after the procedure. We recommend placing a chair or stool in the shower so you can sit comfortably. It is very important to have an adult with you during the first 24 hours to help if you feel dizzy and help to change the bandages. The day after your procedure you can easily walk up to a mile and a half with someone accompanying you. The progress of your workout as you tolerate. If you experience fatigue or an increase in discomfort after exercise, likely to be exceeded. As healthy, exercise is essential for increasing blood flow and a good result. A garment should be used as much as possible during the first 7 days. The clothes you wear depends on the areas you have done. It's supposed to be adjusted to keep the area where the tablet had lipo. After using his clothes by the number of days for your doctor I suggest to my patients asked to buy a strip of lighter body shaper or a local department store to be used during the activity of another week. Compression created by the garment is the most important thing after the procedure. Take your clothes off only to shower or change the dressing. Remember, wearing clothes is more important Try not to get wet, so do not try too frequent dressing changes. To change the dressing, simply remove the liquid ingredients and the use of sanitary pads or dressings provided by the nurse and applied over the incision sites. Use extra padding in these areas. The main objective Liposuction is the improvement, not perfection. The first two weeks patients are often worse. In about 14 to 17 days of healing and the new form begins to appear. You have to be patient. Each healing process of patients varies I can say that my patients are back to normal activity within 24 – hours after lipo. 48 You may be tired if you go under anesthesia. A lot of times it is the most difficult to overcome after the surgery. Do lipo with a solution local anesthesia given to patients faster recovery. The drainage of fluids is not so bad and the incision sites heal very fast so that drainage should not last more than 2 days. Hope this helped answer your questions. Good luck –
