I had lipo done on my stomach as well as my "love handles" 3 weeks ago and i am so happy with the results… i went to Tijuana Mexico becuase its so inexpensive there and i chose a surgeon who was educated here in the states… i couldnt be happier with the way i look..tell me this though besides the fact that you have had children ( i have 2 myself) how is the elasticity of your skin.. do you have a lot of stretch marks or did your skin bounce back fairly well ? that is what makes the difference becuase after they "suck out the fat cells" it takes a little while for your skin to adjust depending on the elasticity.. anyway feel free to IM or Email me with questions

Very safe if you go to a licensed plastic surgeon…i have had it done twice and I am so happy with the results…but it is not a quick diet…I believe it works best when you use lipo as to sculpt your body ….love handles, hips things like that….not a whole body thing.

Lipo is much more of a "cosmetic" surgery, to get rid of bits of fat. If you are overweight or obese, they probably will not do it, I don’t think its particularly safe, especially to take off large amounts of fat. I can see why you would shy away from gastric bypass and other more serious surgeries, but that is probably what they would point you towards.

Liposuction is the fastest and exspenive solution for your thick arms. If you can tolerate and afford the procedure why not do it. After the procedure you need to watch on your diet and exercise also to maintain your arms in good shape along with your body.
