The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more often, the difficulties arise when we in reality try to put that into practice! After having liposuction on my thighs, I can honestly say, it is fantastic, apart from giving me more confidence and being able to wear clothes that fit, the procedure held no pain, just a little discomfort, and it only took a couple of hours to perform.

You shouldn’t have any cosmetic surgery at all while hypothyroid. Even necessary surgery should be postponed if you can. Only if it’s absolutely necessary, and can’t be put off, would I go ahead.
