Mountlake Terrace washington breast implants Plastic Surgery Dr. Richard Baxter?
Hello everyone … … I need help! I live in Hawaii and am considering go to Washington state to have plastic surgery done. Anyone who has been or live in an area called Mountlake Terrace …. anyone who went to see Dr. Baxter in Mountlake terrace …. if you could give me any information about your experience with it and its facilities …. i would really appreciate it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you very much in advance! !
I used to live down the road from Dr. Baxter! It's a great guy, my friend came to him for implants. 
I'm going to have work done by him here soon too! No implants though!

I think at 13 it would be very healthy to ask those questions… Your question seems like an intelligent one. I wouldn’t worry about it too much… Everyone needs confidence.

I’m sure Chicago has quite a few very good plastic surgeons. I would say visit a few surgeons to see who you are the most comfortable. The site below has doctor ratings in chicago and other cities.

I’m not sure but I would highly reconsider it. It is more dangerous and scarier than you may think….but then again its your choice
