I think that a good diet suited to your body type may be the best answer, you need little carbohydrates and lots of protein, don’t forget drinking some water too. Also making exercise, like walking everyday or practicing some sport may help a lot too.

I wouldn’t. My neighbor had liposuction at a young age and now she has more cellulite than she started out with. Unless you’re like 5′ tall you don’t have that much to lose. Just work out the old fashioned way. You can do it!

liposuction can get rid of your flab.. but it cant exactly help you lose weight for good. since your not dieting the extra weight off and learning how to eat healthy.. then most likely after you get your lipsuction .. you’ll gain it all back because you’ll think yu can whatever you want.. and you basicly end up wasting most of you money.. it happens to most people who get it.. your better off dieting.

This is really gross. I think it is possible but you have to be really messed up in the head to try it…also when a plastic surgeon performs lipo, I think they inject something that liquefies or breaks up the fat . I am getting dry heaves just thinking about it. yuck.

Depends on where you live ny or ca, it is really expensive for a tummy alone it could be about $5 grand. There is a limitation on what is considered medically effective without the risk of major complications and I know it is less than 10 lbs. However, there are unethical docs out there that take a weekend course (I’m not kidding), they could be chiropractors and take a course on lipo and hang a shingle on the door and do lipos – but you take the risk of dying from infection. Google liposuction in us- you will get more answers.
