    You can do it right now if you want to. The purpose of lipo is to actually vacuum the fat out of the area the doctor is performing lipo on. If you drop the weight first and then go in for Plastic Surgery they’ll probably just lift any sagging areas or remove excess skin (that’s usually when people drop a ton of weight, and their skin doesn’t snap back, but instead it hangs there.)
