it all depends on the person i guess if the parent says its ok the doctor will do it there just out for the money but id say at least 15 or more.

Its usually 18, I know some Cosmetic Surgerons like Dr Greenberg will perform on people as young as 16 under parental consent. The cosmetic surgeon’s decision usually may lies on whether the persons weight is hazardous to their health.

Depends on the amount of lipo. If you have your jowls fixed, then smoking won’t make a bit of difference. If you’re having something done like a tummy tuck with major lipo, then smoking can potentially (but must not) affect the healing process because it constricts the blood vessels.

I think that a person’s attitude makes them attractive. If you want to get Plastic Surgery or whatever- I say do it. You have to do what makes you happy and not really care what others think. That is what makes someone sexy!!

Instead of getting a tummy tuck just go to the gym woman! Lose some pounds instead of paying 5,000+ for a tummy tuck, and you get an awful scar usually!
