yes. It worked for George Bush. Only one problem with him, the doctor looked and looked and couldn’t find any cerebral tissue hidden among all the fat cells, so when the fat was all sucked out, there was a whole lot of dead space in his cranium, and they had to fill it up with something, so they played a whole bunch of movies for him, mostly John Wayne movies, and some TV, like The Rifleman. Lots of good stuff with fighting and good versus evil and the good white American males from Texas always win.

Don’t do lipo. Once it’s gone from your thighs, any fat you put on in the future may show up somplace else….like your knees! Do you want that? Do the work necessary to properly remove the cottage cheese. I know many do not want to hear this- but it’s the God-awful truth. Remember, the longer you take to lose the weight- the more you will be determined to keep it off. Everything happens for a reason. You can have it come offf quickly- only to forever struggle with it coming back over and over again. Or, you can do it the long way- and be done with it forever!

UM AS i no not reccmend doing liposuction, im pretty sure almost 30 pounds
