Be careful can be dangerous. Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart. There's nothing like a healthy diet. Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours during the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times a week. Eat your Protein from (lean chicken, fish, eggs and white beans) Carbohydrates in fruit and vegetable drinks 10-20 glasses of water per day NO SODA

Consult with a doctor to see if you’re a candidate. Although, there are ways you can still lose more weight by prescribing to a more healthier diet regiment and more strenuous workout.

ask the doctor. it all depends what they charge. the insurance can deny the entire cost if you have it done without telling them. they don’t just approve part of a surgery. its all or nothing.

Yes, but the fact that you’re just asking about the cost concerns me. Liposuction isn’t just meant for cosmetics, its a serious medical procedure. Talk to your doctor, he probably won’t reccomend it though, which could make it un-insured.

This very young to have the process done. Her mom should look for alternative methods such as a healthy and natural no diet weight loss plan that is safe for teenagers (My wife and I are currently on one we found). Surgery should always be the last resort and only if your life and health depend on it. For your friends and for her daughters sake please pass this on.

They seal it up and it is picked up daily by a company that disposes of bio-hazard.

You’ll need a trocar needle like the morticians use to do lipo. Get a good look at one of those trocars and you’ll answer your own question….silly

Any exercise will help. You cannot choose where you lose fat from. That is up to your body type and genetics. Walking, jogging, cycling, rowing swimming are all good cardio exercises to help, lifting weights will help also as muscle burns more energy than fat. All in all burn more calories than you eat and have patience
