As long as a surgeon deems it necessary for their health they can, but most insurance carriers consider this procedure cosmetic and won’t cover the expense,

  2. Brock Ashe Says:

Lipo is much more of a "cosmetic" surgery, to get rid of bits of fat. If you are overweight or obese, they probably will not do it, I don’t think its particularly safe, especially to take off large amounts of fat. I can see why you would shy away from gastric bypass and other more serious surgeries, but that is probably what they would point you towards.

    nop

You would die. They don’t do lipo that extensive, it is for spot areas only. Plus they never remove all of the fat cells from any area. There are always plenty still left and you can still get fat in a place you had lipo. I have seen people get a belly again after getting lipo.

google that guy called "dr. 90210" & ask for a referral i bet he would know. just make sure you go somewhere reputable, youu dont want to be one of those horror stories

  6. Trevor Noriega Says:

None of those sound too safe to me. Have you considered something drastic, like a healthy diet and exercise?

  7. Jarred Tessitore Says:

The pattern for losing weight is not difficult – eat less and move more often – the issues appear when we really try to put that into practice! There are lots of stumbling blocks out there aren’t there?! The one thing that really delivered for me was green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it was featured in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it really does produce success!

  8. Cliff Fore Says:

it can, but only temporarily. Liposuction removes fat cells, but if you eat poorly, the remaining fat cells will swell, causing you to gain the fat back. So, if you do get lipo, you have to eat well. And, if you’re going to do that, you might as well skip the lipo altogether and lose weight the old fashioned way: eat right and exercise.

  9. Norbert Kasahara Says:

a painful way to get a temporary result.

  10. Vincenzo Anastasiades Says:

Once fat cells are removed with liposuction, they can not return. However, that doesn’t mean the remaining fat cells cannot grow in size if you gain more weight.

  11. Lieselotte Desmith Says:

if u can afford it, then go for it. But personally, i wudn’t go under the knife. try working out instead and have a well-balanced diet, it will save u the money and the pain. Besides, after lipo, u really have to diet and exercise, otherwise, all the fat will just go back. u really have to maintain it. A walk in the park everyday or jogging for an hour will make all the difference. Or buy those Taebo Dvds, it really helps!

There is a much better alternative to liposuction. Liposuction is painful and requires a decent amount of down time to recover. Check out mesotherapy. It is an injection into the mesoderm or fatty layer that is pumped full of vitamins. It dissolves the fat and litteraly "kills" it. You don’t grow those fat cells back! It’s much less painful with no down time and better results over time.
