Gastric bypass restricts the amount of food you can eat and how it is digested, resulting in weight loss. Liposuction just sucks out the fat.

I think that a good diet suited to your body type may be the best answer, you need little carbohydrates and lots of protein, don’t forget drinking some water too. Also making exercise, like walking everyday or practicing some sport may help a lot too.

I guess its an option, an expensive option…but they are concerned with the weight you are when you go in for your physical. There are cheaper ways of losing weight.
