18 years of age. It is the age of which ou are considered an Adult in the U.S. So people 18 and older are allowed to get liposuction and other Plastic Surgery if they decide it is right for them.

It all just depends. Skin tends to be elastic, but when it gets stretched too much, sometimes it can act like the waistband on an old pair of underwear and just stop stretching… It should eventually heal either way, but it can take as long as a couple weeks, or even months, and in some cases, maybe never. It all just depends.
