Liposuction Costs thousands of dollars… and basically the doctors suck out your fat with a vacuum type tube… and there are risks… you can have permanent nerve damage… and if the vacuum accidently sucks something other than pure fat, your body can go into shock…and I think complications happen more than they don’t happen…but don’t quote me on that.

It depends how much fat is sucked out. In extreme cases, I have heard of up to 6 inches of fat being removed from the waistline. I would think 2-4 inches would be more typical though.

lipo is not the answer unless you’re too big to move a finger. While you have the opportunity, exercise! It keeps you energetic and you feel good about yourself. All workouts don’t have to be strenuous or boring. Find the one for you. That will keep your motivation and it makes it fun.

it can, but only temporarily. Liposuction removes fat cells, but if you eat poorly, the remaining fat cells will swell, causing you to gain the fat back. So, if you do get lipo, you have to eat well. And, if you’re going to do that, you might as well skip the lipo altogether and lose weight the old fashioned way: eat right and exercise.
