There is a much better alternative to liposuction. Liposuction is painful and requires a decent amount of down time to recover. Check out mesotherapy. It is an injection into the mesoderm or fatty layer that is pumped full of vitamins. It dissolves the fat and litteraly "kills" it. You don’t grow those fat cells back! It’s much less painful with no down time and better results over time.

Sorry, you have to be patient with weight loss. There is no quick fix. Just exercise more and eat healthier! And drink lots of water instead of sugary drinks! So no, no liposuction!

Swimming, jumping up and down,walking.Natural weight loss is best and I wouldn’t worry if your pregnant take it easy the health of your baby is important too.If you think everything is fine and don’t worry about this fat then you will loose it bit by bit.Go for walk 15 minutes up 15 back up hill drag something behind after you have baby about six weeks after.Remember you are beautifull no matter what they say.Take care YOU WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT I BELIEVE YOU WILL, YOU HAVE MADE this your goal stick to it no matter, no excuses.xxxx

After having liposuction on my thighs, I can honestly say, it is fantastic, apart from giving me more confidence and being able to wear clothes that fit, the procedure held no pain, just a little discomfort, and it only took a couple of hours to perform.

I would NOT go to Mexico. I would find a board-certified (very important!) plastic surgeon in a large city who has LOTS of experience with liposuction. It is quite costly but varies from surgeon to surgeon depending on how much work is done. DON"T go for the cheapest – there may be a reason why it is so cheap. You sort of get what you pay for in cosmetic surgery.

There is no way a plastic surgeon will do this. Normally when lipo is done it isn’t used to "lose weight." It is done to "shape" the body. No insurance company will ever pay for lipo…it is cosmetic…gastric bypass on the other hand, is done because the persons life is in danger and they will die if the surgery is not done….

well i think you should try your hardest exercise as much as you can but still even when you lose weight, for being heavy, you get access skin which you cant help only by gettin surgery done. so you do what you think is right. good luck!
