The periareolar incision is smaller than the inframammary incision and placed on the areola is the skin of the breast. This incision is approximately the same amount of time for recovery as the inframammary.

The transaxillary incision is a shorter incision and placed under the arm. This incision has the least amount of time for recovery which is not as deep.

    I have had liposuction 11 years ago. It cost $2500 then so I am sure that it costs more now. They tell you that your weight if you gain it back will be more evenly distributed. That is not the case. I gained all of it back, plus more, in the same place. I was told about 5 years ago that I should have had a tummy tuck instead of liposuction. I would never do it again.

    One of the biggest problem in liposuction is blood clots, it’s a continuing problem and I for one would be afraid to have it done.

    18 years of age. It is the age of which ou are considered an Adult in the U.S. So people 18 and older are allowed to get liposuction and other Plastic Surgery if they decide it is right for them.
