You can do it right now if you want to. The purpose of lipo is to actually vacuum the fat out of the area the doctor is performing lipo on. If you drop the weight first and then go in for Plastic Surgery they’ll probably just lift any sagging areas or remove excess skin (that’s usually when people drop a ton of weight, and their skin doesn’t snap back, but instead it hangs there.) The cuts where the doctor inserted the canula may be leaky or drain fluids for several days. In some cases, the doctor may insert a drainage tube to drain fluid away from the wound.

If surgery is the route you want to go, then liposuction is the option you want. Tummy tucks just tighen the skin and muscles where the liposuction will remove some of the excess fat.

I haven’t had either and never will but it would definitely be more painful to get a nose job. For a nose job they actually have to break the bone and there is a much longer recovery time. Liposuction just makes a tiny incision and sucks fat out

84 kgs is not a big deal. With a good diet and exercise you can get the weight you desire in a few months or so. Liposuction just like any surgery has risks. And you will gain back the weight if you don’t change your current habits. So i think it would be better to change habits now and cut down your weight naturally.

I would NOT go to Mexico. I would find a board-certified (very important!) plastic surgeon in a large city who has LOTS of experience with liposuction. It is quite costly but varies from surgeon to surgeon depending on how much work is done. DON"T go for the cheapest – there may be a reason why it is so cheap. You sort of get what you pay for in cosmetic surgery.

Natural way in the form of a rigorous exercise is still the best. Sweat it out, through brisk walking or slow jogging. All you have to do is set a goal (to get rid of excess fats) and persevere. Next, is self discepline on food intake. Balance your diet and don’t miss a fruit or fruit shakes rich in fiber and vitamins, it will helps a lot.
